The Zylo is one of the two new Walkman phones from Sony. At first glance, you really wouldn’t be able to tell the Sony Ericsson Zylo from Spiro, both are black slide-down Walkman phones. Specs-wise, the Zylo sports same technology the Spiro does, the Track ID, which lets you know the artist and title of the track they hear playing anywhere. Now that’s something I’d like to see for myself.

But aside from Track ID, the Zylo has exactly the same features as its brother the Spiro, they are both Walkman phones that allows you to conveniently store and listen to music on your phone, while you can also chat, text,…

The Sony Ericsson Spiro is one of Sony’s latest generation of Walkman phones; one of the two actually. For all I know this is just another gig from Sony to shift people’s attention from the trendy smartphones back to their Walkman phones. If I look back to all their walkman phones, I think this is nearly the 35th  Walkman phone from Sony.

Criticisms aside, the Sony Ericsson Spiro doesn’t look too different from the other Walkman phones, basically it’s a music phone that you can also use for chat, SMS and calls and social networking. The model promises easily cruising your Facebook or Twitter accounts; it also specializes on chat with…

Samsung unveils their newest innovative cellphone, called the Samsung AMOLED Beam SPH-W9600, a successor of the SPH-W7900 which also featured a powerful pico-projector. A pico-projector (handheld or pocket projector) is an advanced innovation wherein a small projector is applied in the production of today’s cellphones, digital cameras and the likes. Pretty neat huh?

The new model, the AMOLED Beam SPH-W9600   packs a punch with 3.3” WVGA AMOLED touchscreen, a 5-megapixel camera and a 9 lumen projector module capable of up to 50-inch images. Now that’s pretty powerful for such a mini projector. And it’s not even limited to projecting images, it also supports videos, either captured by the phone or videos…

The C6 is the last of the three new cellphones brought to us by Nokia, proposed to make staying connected as easy as 1-2-3. The Nokia C6 is like the E5, a Series 60 phone. It has a slide out QWERTY keyboard and it sports a 5-megapixel camera, just like the E5. But, in the end the C6 has got the upper hand, battling against its two brothers, the C3 and the E5, the C6 has a 3.2” touch screen, which is something that makes people overlook the other two models mentioned.

Although the C6 is pretty much built for the same reason, making everyone connected, the C6 is for the…

A couple of images of Dell’s 3T1 and Mini 3iX was spotted in a Chinese regulator’s website, which means the two models will probably hop right over the Great Wall pretty soon. In China, a network access license is needed before a certain cellphone can be sold in their country.

The Mini 3T1 will be generally for the Chinese 3G standard TD-SCDMA; it also has a 2-megapixel camera on the back and another one at front. The Mini 3T1 is easily distinguished due to its simple design and rectangular body. As for the Mini 3iX, it will support 3G connectivity (WCDMA) which is used by China Unicom, as well as the…
