Nokia 6500

Think of it as something you juts fold and keep when you’re done using it. We are talking about the Nokia 6500 Fold phone which is one of the latest fashion-savvy phones from the brand. This is actually a phone geared more towards women consumers than the male population.

The design of the Nokia 6500 phone is to some extent inspired by other phones from different brands. Take for example the electromagnetic opening mechanism which is reminiscent of the Motorola PEBL or the plastic panel which reminds us either of the U9 from the same brand or even the Sony Ericsson Z610i/Z750i.

Nokia’s taking the cue from Motorola should not really be surprising considering that the brand has one of the best designers in town. If Nokia wants to copy something, then the best way to do it is to copy the best—although that’s not to say that the Nokia 6500 phone is a copycat.

The Nokia 6500 phone’s mirror plastic-clad front fascia is attractive, considering that the phone comes in red and black colors. However, such attribute makes this phone very attractive to smudges. The phone comes with lots of lovable features like its ability to bring back the clock screen saver to the external display, thanks to a sensor which reacts to the tapping of the front fascia.
