A new version of the iPhone is at hand and the Apple iPhone 3G S will be sold starting June 19 this year. The new iPhone version is positive news not only for those who are eyeing the new iPhone but also for those who have been eyeing the older iPhone 3G model but could not find enough resources to buy the phone.

The release of the Apple iPhone 3G S will result to a price slash in the older iPhone 3G model which was released just last year.  And if you’re planning to get the older version then you’d be happy to note that the price will be slashed by half.

The new iPhone version will not only have a longer battery life but will also have a faster processor, voice control features, internal compass plus a 3.0 megapizel camera that is capable of capturing video images. The software this phone is boasting about is the 3.0 operating system from Apple which allows you to copy, cut and paste text to the Internet.

The software will be available for download by June 17.The bad news is that the Apple iPhone 3G S will be available via AT&T which has announced that it will disable such features they call tethering.
